John Marley Bernard Jr

Medical Director
John Bernard, MD graduated from Jefferson Medical College with an MD degree and completed an emergency medicine residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has practiced in a variety of emergency departments as well as urgent care and telemedicine settings over the last 20 years.

Rachel McLeod

MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Rachel is a compassionate and knowledgeable certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, skilled in both inpatient and telemedicine. Bringing years of experience as a registered nurse, including trauma, critical care, and perioperative nursing. She has worked in urgent care, primary care, medical spas, mental health and is certified in weight loss. Proven ability to assess, diagnose, evaluate, and plan optimal course of treatment, while implementing evidence-based knowledge for patients of all ages.

Sarah Wright

NP
Sarah has a special interest in women’s health, weight loss, and preventative care. Sarah believes in the importance of educating, supporting, and encouraging patients and their families to be involved in all aspects of their care. She grew up in the small town of Wabash, IN. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Hollie Ann Hall

APRN-C
Hollie Ann Hall, APRN-C graduated from Baker University in 2003 as a registered nurse and with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. Hollie received her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix in 2010 and is certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with her family and can be found cheering at her children\’s sporting events.

Tod Pierson Work, NP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years of experience providing quality healthcare services to patients. Tod has a passion for holistic and integrative health, and strives to ensure every patient can access the best care possible. It is his mission to promote health and well-being to everyone he treats.

I am a dedicated Nurse Practitioner from Tampa, FL, with four years of experience in providing exceptional patient care. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy swimming, writing, and cherishing moments with my eight nieces and nephews. My diverse interests and commitment to both my career and family drive my passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare field.

Amanda (Mandy) Clement

APRN
Mandy has worked in healthcare for 30+ years and has been a nurse practitioner for the last 15 years. She has worked in Urgent Care, Family Practice, Oncology and Occupational Medicine before transitioning to telemedicine. With a deep foundation in this work, she supports programs that improve patient access to timely and effective care. She loves being able to help her patients through shared decision-making so they can reach their health goals.

Marta Canfield

MD
Marta Christine Canfield, MD has been a family physician since 2010. She graduated from the University at Buffalo medical school and residency program. She takes care of adults, with a special interest in women\’s health and has training in integrative and functional medicine. She loves to teach swing dancing and coaches her young two sons in baseball with her husband

Katrina Bew

Katrina Bew is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Union University in Jackson, TN and then earned her Master of Science degree at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. Ms. Bew specializes in emergency medicine, urgent care and telemedicine.

Sara Gilbert

I started in the medical field at age 19 as a medical assistant and then worked my way up to a nurse and then nurse practitioner. I completed a bachelors in life sciences/biology from Kansas State University and a nursing bachelors from ECPI University in Florida. I graduated from South University with my masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and am certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, or being at the beach.

Berrien Sutton

\”Berrien “Berry” Sutton is a dual board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years experience in internal medicine and mental health care. He has extensive knowledge in wellness/integrative medicine and has worked in a variety of medical settings including telemedicine. He received his Master of Science in Nursing with honors at Vanderbilt University and graduate training in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami, FL. He worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Division of Psychiatry in Nashville, TN taking care of our nations veterans.

Angela Shannon, MD is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist who has been in practice for over 12 years. A native of Smithville, MS, she graduated valedictorian of her high school class and went on to graduate cum laude from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. She trained at University of MS Medical Center in Jackson, MS during her pediatric residency and at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH for her pediatric gastroenterology fellowship. She has primarily practiced in the Jackson, Madison, and Flowood, MS areas.
